Pendleton Properties manages seven residential buildings — more than 40 units in total — across the Pendleton and East Walnut Hills neighborhoods of Cincinnati. We run a mixed model of long-term leases and a Bed & Breakfast, with the same team handling leasing, maintenance, finance, and guest relations across both.

Our approach is deliberately hands-on: we know these buildings, these blocks, and the people living in them.
