Pendleton Properties started with two lifelong friends from Cincinnati — Ty Hogan and Tim O'Brien — who set out to build something better for the neighborhoods they grew up around, bringing years of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to how the company runs.
Oversees leasing, maintenance, finance, and the Bed & Breakfast across all buildings. Served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps before a career in institutional investing, and currently teaches economics at the University of Cincinnati. Holds degrees from Fordham University and Harvard University.

Also VP at Zipfel Mortgage Group, where he was named to Mortgage Professional America's Hot 100 (2018) and ranked Ohio's #1 broker by loan volume (2019–2021, Scotsman Guide). Leads finance and oversees property management operations. Studies Economics and Finance at the University of Cincinnati with a background in project management, and is actively involved with the Neo Initiative, a UC student-led consulting group that provides data analytics services to minority-owned Cincinnati businesses. Currently preparing to sit for the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam.
